Hysterion’s capabilities run from the Instrument to the HMI.

This includes instruments, termination, control equipment, process control programming, communication networking, HMI graphics, callouts, server/SCADA setup, and documentation.

Instrumentation: Instrument/device specifications and decisions.

Termination: Control panel/cabinet design, wire routing, termination block specifications and layout.

Equipment: PLC hardware specifications, layout and design

Process control programming: PLC Software specifications, installation, licensing, specific process programming, and maintenance.

Communication networking: Spec out networking equipment, designate network topology, program drivers for communication.

HMI graphics: Develop graphics based on process diagrams and industry standards, provide access and process control based on supervisory level.

Call outs: Designate alarm notifications to specific personnel.

Server/SCADA setup: Spec out server packages, setup install and license software, provide historical and trending for process data.

Documentation: Develop or update controls narratives, cause and effect matrices, programming philosophies/execution, networking diagrams, installation procedures, emergency swapping of equipment procedure, and complete software backups.

Construction: Panel parts assembly and builds.

CAD: Develop single lines, limited liability P&IDs, instrument ties, panel design, and circuit design.
